The Data you provide to us may include:

Data collected when placing an order on our website

The data collected on this form by the Service Provider, who is responsible for processing it, is required to manage your order and is collected for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Data relating to payments made in connection with purchases are kept for a period of 13 months from full payment of the said purchase, or 15 months in the case of deferred debit payment cards, in order to enable the management of any claims.

In addition, and solely on the basis of your consent, your Data may be used to send newsletters and carry out statistical studies. They are kept for a period of 3 years from the last exchange.

It is intended for use by the Company's relevant departments and its subcontractors, Media Logistique and Shopify (domiciled at 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada and registered under number 426160-7). 

Data collected for the creation of an account on our website

The Data collected in this form by the Company , responsible for processing, are necessary for the creation and management of your personal space. Their collection is based on your consent. They are kept for a period of 3 years from the last exchange. It is intended for the competent departments of the Service Providers, as well as for its subcontractors, Media Logistique and Shopify.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

  • if Mister Ibé, which controls this Site or substantially all of its assets, is acquired by a third party, in which case the Customer Data held by Mister Ibé will be one of the transferred assets;
  • if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; and
  • any other third party where legal.

The data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

We will take all necessary measures to ensure that your Data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We have implemented technical and organizational procedures designed to protect the Data we collect on this Site and our Partner Sites.

Unfortunately, the transmission of Data via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we are committed to doing our utmost to protect your Data, we cannot guarantee the security of the Data you transmit to the Site or our Partner Sites; any transmission is at your own risk.

You are entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of your Data is in breach of applicable law. You may also, in accordance with current legislation, define post-mortem directives.

It is your responsibility to keep your Data accurate and up to date. You can update your Data by contacting us using the procedure described in the "Contact" section above.

We will retain your Data for as long as your account is active, thenarchive it for 3 years from the last interaction, unless otherwise required by law or you exercise your right to object or delete it. We will retain and use your Data to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you wish to sign up to receive our newsletters, we will use your first and last name and e-mail address to send them to you.
